Texas Sweet Heat Jam produces their apricot pepper jam from delicious plump apricots.  Combined with a delicious blend of chili peppers and our special canning process and recipe yields a unique jam that has developed a following of its own.

Spread this jam on your favorite breakfast breads or on your favorite grilled cheddar sandwich. 

Delicious as a glaze for your grilled meats, pork tenderloin, dipping sauce for egg rolls or as a glaze on your jalapeno poppers.

Best Recipe

Serve the Apricot Heat over Brie and provide Ginger Snap cookies rather than crackers. Serve at room temperature.
