Fresh Ataulfo mangos are the secret to our delicious Mango Heat.  Mango Heat has a delicious balance of Sweet and Heat.  Use as a dipping sauce for egg rolls or as a glaze on jalapeno poppers, pork loin or spare ribs.  Its lip-smacking good!

Ingredients:  Ataulfo Mangos, Jalapeno and Red Peppers, Cider Vinegar, Imperial Pure Cane Sugar, Lemon, all Natural Fruit Pectin and a touch of habanero.

Blended with Imperial Pure Cane Sugar, jalapenos and red peppers, apple cider vinegar, and pectin.

I bought the jams and mustard for my daughter as a Christmas gift. She absolutely loves all of them! She uses them on toast, and pasta salad. She was talking about using them on a BLT and turkey sandwich!
